Aad Guray Nameh

I first heard this recording of Aad Guray Nameh when watching a Gabby Bernstein YouTube video promoting her new book 'Super Attractor.

It brought me to tears. I sat and listened while the tears rolled down my cheeks yet at the same time, a feeling of lightness came over me. It felt cleansing.

Listening time: 7 minutes

Gabby talks over the recording and her video is a lot longer than just the chant so I wanted a clean recording of it to listen to. I searched and searched until an intuitive thought came in that a link to it might be in the description of her video - it was.

So, please enjoy the recording... please let me know in the comments what you experienced whilst listening to it.

I knew it was a protection mantra/chant but wondered what the meaning 'Aad Guray Nameh' is. It's written in Gurmukhi (a Sikh script) and there are a lot more to listen to!

The full Aad Guray Nameh mantra is:

Aad Guray Nameh,
Jugaad Guray Nameh,
Sat Guray Nameh,
Siri Guroo Dayvay Nameh
